Hempstead Infant School is a Community School. Provided we have places we are able admit pupils.  To make an appointment to visit the school please contact the school office on 01634 365969.

Casual admission applications for Medway schools can be made either to Medway Council’s Student Services team on 01634 331155 or direct to the school.

The admission of pupils into the reception class for each September intake, remains administered by Medway Council, please contact Medway Council’s school’s admission team (01634 336000) if you need further information.

Important dates for September 2017 Reception Class Intake:

Monday 19th September 2016 – Applications open website at 9am.

Monday 16th January 2017 – Applications Close.

Tuesday 18th April 2017 – Email/ letters to parents confirming allocation of place.

Wednesday 17th May 2017 – Acceptance/ refusal of allocated place, waiting list request and appeal request deadline.

W/C Monday 17th June 2017 – Reception 2016 Appeals: Specific dates and times will be advised on an individual basis.
